I know this has been a topic before, im just having an extremely hard time getting my evo 6.5 tme to log. I have an e tuner to work with me. Hes done the majority of his work with evo 8/9's. I currently have both the latest version of evoscan and ecuflash. Both will not read my ecu using the tactrix openport 2.0. I also have the reflash connector. If somebody who has successfully logged and had their tme tuned through e tuning, can you please post specific details I may be missing to successfully log and tune my ecu. Thanks a million, and sorry for the common question. Just seems like its never really covered in any threads revolving around the subject.

 

Try lancerregister.com way more info there on early model evos.

 

most tme are 7203fa rather than normal evo5/6 7202f so select that option when reading or pop the ecu out of the case and look at the chip.

to flash back if it is fa then you need to check your rom id xml and 5 base xml to see which memmodel either H8539F or H8539FA change the memmodel to suit and save it.



when thats sorted use f19e for mut00 / f19f for mut01 to log 2 byte load

 

Evoscan should log the 6.5 without any issues!
