Extreme lean at partial throortle

I have tuned my car with GT3582R and SARD 800cc injectors. All the engine is bone stock.
I started with WOT 25psi my AFR 11+ and the load was 220
then.. WOT 32psi 280load and 11+ AFR

Then I did some partial throottle runs.. Around 50-70% throottle..
13..14.. and the cells are around 200-260 and 4000-6000

If I make theese cells richer when I will want to decrease the boost at 25psi again the WOT AFR will be richer too..

What is going wrong? Is there any fuel table for TPS?
Because as I undestand it is making a calculation with LOAD-RPM-TPS.

I am running with Tephra7

try reducing the main hi octane fuel map in the offending area. it should have little effect on peak wot fueling. that seems like low load for that amount of boost with that turbo.
