Psi based boost control setup

Do I only have to open my rom in ecuflash and enable the 4 settings under direct boost and the atmospheric table to14.7? Or do I also have to modify my xml.

need help on this as well. I can't find any definition for a 5406007 2009 EDM GSR rom, any help would be appreciated.
