Evo 4 ECU location

I need to replace my ECU in my Evo 4, but I have no idea where the ECU is located. I've googled, but it has not helped much. Is it behind the glovebox? Thank you!

remove kick panel left hand side where the flare should be , its up above that bolted to the side
