1G dsm swapped with evo8 ecu with tephra mods sd 9653 rom. Having a huge problem dialing these injectors in. From a start it idles very rich 7.5:1 then goes down to about 8:1. When i rev it it sounds like its running on three cylinders. The latencies im using has the 725 scaling. Fuel trims wont update being its running so rich. Any suggestions?

 

Throw it in open loop and increase the scaling 10% at a time until you get it to idle around 13.5

 

Ok. One thing im confused about is how do you know when to make changes to the ve table. And does locking in open loop ignore the latencies and go off of just the scaling?
