car won't start after flash
car won't start after flash
Been trying to figure out the issue for a couple days now, and i am lost. Car cranks but doesnt start as if there is little fuel being fed. The read_image file was my original tune without everything I recently installed (hella modded), and the secondtune file was what im trying to use
-demodified the car, while keeping rear o2 disabled
-replaced MBC with EBC and stock MAP sensor for an OMNI 4-bar
-checked iacv, and it works beautifully--surprisingly
-can read and write the PROM, and supplied right hex value for my immobilizer, so i was assuming i didnt brick the ecu
-supplied the scalings for the MAP sensor as close as ecuflash allowed (didnt let me put in exact values but i heard it was fine)
-check the 10A fuse under the dash and its looks fine
-timing belt seems alright
figured i'd start in the ecuflash forum since thats when things went awry. Tried to upload conservative stock fuel and timing maps with a 50-d out wgdc. Might replace the 4-bar for the stock Map sensor to flash back to the original tune, but wanted to see if anyone had any experience with this. Its my first time tuning and i tried to avoid any issues whatsoever. My guess would be those ISCV tables somehow.

its just to see if it starts, you don't have to run it after that point. You just want to verify if its tune related or something else mechanical. If you flash it back and it behaves exactly the same you know its something else. If it starts you know you need to dig into the tune. Also checking under the hood that all important sensors (Crank,Cam etc) are plugged in and well seated is a good idea.
