how can i get tephramod v7 or specifically some features like CEL flash on knock working on rom id 93660005,

I have used the search feature and found nothing that can help out.

There is no Tephramod option for 93660005 rom.

 

96530706 v7 will work best on 03 Evo 8s

 

Would you mind explaining to me the process of switching roms?

 

If your car is bone stock with stock injectors , you dont have to do anything.

Get the rom from tephra v7 thread. Flash , drive and tune.

As you start adding parts like cams , turbo ,injectors etc you start tuning accordingly.

Well, I never had to do change that in any of the v7 roms as it was already disabled by default.

 

but all the knock filter maps are very different

 

There are alot of tables in v7 which doesnt exist in your base rom.

Flash it and start using sir.

There is no such thing as a 3D knock filter map in the evo roms.

Most of the 3D maps that have been labeled as such are in fact misfire detection maps.

 

Okay what about the MAF tables, like this one is the MAF scaling table,
As you can see the units are different. one is in LOAD vs g/s and the other is in Airflow Hz vs units..
how do I go about copying such a table?
