I have JDM Evo 8 GSR.
We were unable to read the ROM and found that it was running a Ralliart ECU.
We have been able to pull the ROM but are unsure if this is standard Ralliart ROM or something else.

Can someone please confirm if this is a standard Ralliart ROM and what the ROM ID is?
Does anyone have a definition file for the above mentioned ROM?
I tried 97250001 def, but it does not work with ECU Flash.

Inspection of bytes f52-f55 in your file, shows the ECU ID is 95960000. Someone kindly started on this definition file on EvoECU Wiki, and built a basic definition file. You will need to get it upgraded with more detailed and correct information because it is not accurate.
Alternatively you could try flashing 96530706.
