So i got a log of when this situation happens (lean tip in/take off). I filtered it to afr 17 and over and tps over 20%. You can see from 500 - 1500 rpms or so is when it happens the worst. I notice that load is in the 70s and baro (kpa) is in the 90s. Anything catch your attention here?

couple of things to cross off the list, lean spool disabled right, and are you knocking / what does your low octane fuel map look like?

Lean spool is disabled, no knock, and here is a pic of low octane fuel map.

cool, just making sure, sometimes its the weird stuff that slips under the radar. I can't tell you how many times ive been hunting down a problem just to have a face palm moment when i realize I have been chasing my tail.

See how the Injector scaling in the first pic is different form the second. THe first one is the ECUFlash scaling, and the second is the actual Mitsubishi Scaling. I keep both on hand.
SO to rectify, you need to create the scalings in both files, and the tables in both files. The scaling definitions will need to be labeled unique. The tables will need to be labeled unique as well.

Either way, both calculations are correct.

Just a stab at your real issues, is that something with the VE tables and calculation of SD might be the issue, not sure though.

Biggie, I’ve had a bunch of moments like that. You know, the ones where you’re like “doh!” and sit there laughing at yourself ha. Raceghost, I thought it was ve related since I see kpa and load are steady when it’s happening so I said **** it and made ve 1:1 just to see and it still did it. I’m sure it’s going to be something stupid but would be nice to finally figure it out. So when it comes to the scaling they’re correct for stock injectors right? Just a different formula.

Yes. I would add each one into the other ROM. That way you can have both in each. I have found having both tables and scalings help out with a lot of scaling issues, so I can see how the ECU sees them both in Mitsubishi engineering terms as well as ECUFLash. Just a suggestion.

Buddy, Increase the load corresponding to 80 and 110 kpa.

Here bud, fixed your injector scaling tables, removed the bad Asynch tables, added all the Accell/Throttle Tables you would need. Outside of this, not sure on a SD issue, I am sure you will figure it out though.

throttle enrich?
More logical term and scaling due to it being driven by throttle. Accell tables are scaled accordingly and have effects based off of other factors than throttle.

I agree. I appreciate it very much. Still haven’t been able to play with these new tables. I’ll post up results.
