EcuFlash Problem while installing PLease HElP

Hi people. just trying to install the Software and I got some issues while installing it. If I try to install the driver it shows up that. Im using this file : ecuflash_1422595_win . for the 2.0 cable.. antivirus uninstalled on the laptop. update up to date.

Install as Administrator?

I just did it. As an admin and same issues
