I have a 2006 Evo IX with EGR delete tuned on SD. For some reason while trying to get an echeck the monitors were not ready. Upon inspecting my rom I see my old tuner enabled EVERYTHING (value of “1” for every single system in both “monitor available/ not available” and “monitor passed/failed”). I’m sure this is incorrect, but there is a lot of conflicting Info online about what settings should be “1” and what should be “0”. Anyone willing to help me out or post a picture of their ECheck/ emissions passed monitors? Thanks a million.

yeah I’ve done that my settings literally match those and still I only have 3 monitors showing up, which isn’t enough to pass here in Ohio I’m stumped.

 

you could try going over all the steps of applying the patch and make sure yours is properly implemented.

 

FIXED (I think).
I scoured the forums, tried various settings for hours and couldn't get it working. I even tried to flash an old tune that allowed me to pass last time I had to get tested, and that also had my monitors showing as "not available".
I contacted English Racing, and got it all fixed up in about 5 minutes. Big shoutout to Aaron for the help.
The monitors are now showing as available, so I will be taking it to get tested this week.
