Correct, rear O2 is set to 0, if it is set to 1 I don't see fuel trims working.

Rear O2 simulator is ON.

Min temp for closed loop is 160 F

ok ill try that. is your heater circuit on?

Heater circuit is off since I didn't connect the Heater circuit to the ECU.
