Evo 4 o2 sensor
Evo 4 o2 sensor
Hey guys i have a problem, when i unplug the o2 sensor the car idles properly, when its plugged in the afr read 17+ any help, i leaning towards changing the sensor, just making sure first, thanks
o2 sensor is kinda easy to change and not very expensive so in my opinion i would just give it a shot and try a new one. If i am correct when unplugged the ecu is making fuel decisions by values like throttle position and stuff like that and is kind of guessing the right mix of fuel and air, guess to some degre this works kinda good/okay, so when unplugged is good and pluggedin bad, i would be pretty sure it is o2 sensor but not 100% save on this.
