Evo 4 IV o2 sensor replacement

What's up EvoM,

I'm a military member overseas in Spain where w/a Japanese Evo 4. Regular maintenance is near impossible so finding parts for me in mainly an online ordeal.

I'm wondering if a standard US Evo 8 o2 sensor will be compatible w/my Evo 4? Autozone/Advanced Autoparts ships to us no problem. I can order from pretty much anywhere in the US actually. I just need this front o2 sensor replaced, car been running like crap for a while now.

Any part numbers, links, or advice on this would be much appreciated!

Thanks!

I understand I probably will have to splice my connector onto the new sensor I just don't want to buy the wrong sensor!

Ive got one if you need, otherwise you can use an Evo5-9 Front o2 but you need to hack the heater wires off and swap connectors, or you could upgrade to the heated o2 sensor as i did

What's does the upgrading to a heated o2 entail? Using a wideband sensor as a replacement?

I'm shopping widebands right now as well. Maybe that'd be the best bet. I know the innovative lc1 I used in my other car had a connect for a narrow band signal.

The one you have is used and in working order?
