Exclamation NY evo 8s that recently passed inspections w/Tephra
Anyone here in New York RECENTLY passed there inspection with a Tephra modded ecu? preferably on e85? Id like to compare periphery settings to see if theres an issue why im not able to connect to the NYS inspection machines.

Check your baud rate - I had that issue, could not connect to the state computer here in NC. It should be 15625 for Baud Rate 1, 2 & 3.

Can I change the baud rate in ECU flash? I see an option in evoscan but nothing in ECUflash

Yes, you can. Under "Other ECU Options" there are 3 baud rate options. I am on Tephra V7 ROM 96534706.

I'm on rom 94172715 it looks like I have to manually enter in the definitions to get those options
