Flash Limit??
I think we need to know more bout the flash limit. I have read that there really isn't one with EVOS, but then on the Mynes site, there is this quote.
" There is a limit to how many times the stock ECU can be reflash due to the chip manufacturer. Usually between 100 to 300 times. Above 100 times shortens the life on the internal flash."
Can anybody shed some light on this subject.

It's been covered. Search.

In one thread, Cobly said he never flashed an ECU so much that it stopped working and feels that a regular guy wont flash enough to mess up the ECU.
But on the Mynes page, they have the quote from my first post, which basically says the limit is a 100 flashes. If its a 100 flashes, I can see that number being reached by someone who tunes their own car or has race map and valet map and changes between maps all the time.
Also, in one thread, Al said he flashes his own car 923 times, but still believe there is a 100 flash limit which the memory is gauranteed to be accurate.
So it has kinda been covered, but with no real answer.
So next time, if you dont know the answer, keep you damn mouth (or keyboard) shut.
