I think I'll fling 10% methanol in the fuel tank, advance the timing a bit and see how it goes first. I think when I played previously with a water injection system using neat methanol (even though the Aquamist pump wasn't officially compat, only tested briefly) I was using a jet that was too small (about 0.6mm Aquamist IIRC) - I only gained about 5% power, but 10% from 10% methanol in the fuel tank and preferred the safety aspect of the latter. I've been reading up on the jets you guys use, M15 would be about 25% of the total fuel mass being methanol?

Don't really want to drill my exhaust manifold for an EGT probe yet, and I think they're useless after the turbo.

15 US gal/hr... 565x4, more like 30% then? Big gains over 10 or 20% then?

560cc x 4 is stock injector size
15gph jets usually rated @ 100psi

Actual pump pressure +/- 150psi.

3875/60*15*((150-32)/100)^0.5=1052cc/min (I'm taking off the 32 PSI manifold pressure from the 150 PSI pump pressure here)

560*4=2240cc/min (assuming you max out your injectors even in the midrange because 32 PSI and your power seems to be flat from the midrange up as the turbo is maxxed )

1052/(1052+2240)=32% of total fuel flow is methanol. I need to bid higher still if you don't have the injectors maxxed out because you are running it leaner and because of all the meth in there

You're pretty close. Depending on the desired AFR, 31.5%-36% is removed from the injectors.

It is meth day for me today My friend's Subaru running my home built MAF simulator (I did it before MAFTPRO was doing speed density conversion stuff although that would now be an easier if not more expensive solution) has just done a 9.303@159.86 at Santa Pod (UK) on 100% meth - no gasoline at all.

I really should remember I'm making a daily driver though and shouldn't get carried away again...
