Need Help changing Immobilizer

Well long story short, My stock ecu needs replaced. I Just got my tactrix cable and new ecu. I searched and found something about user settings being changed to developer. Can someone give me the steps, to change my stock immobilizer to the new ecu. I read from my stock ecu, get the code, then plug in the new ecu and enter the code from the old ecu?

it pretty much you go to the bar where you find the OPTION button click on it go to user set it to developer then you are set. go under Misc. it the second to the last option then copy the code when you input it into your new ecu put 0x then the code. and just check the init. code make sure it is 0001 so when you go bck to open the ecu it wont be locked

This of course will only work if your original ECU can still be "booted" to retrieve the imobilizer code...

If you can't retrieve the code from the old ECU, then you might as well go to the dealer for help.
