Nice, been wanting to do this myself. Did you just swap an Evo head/intake manifold/exhaust manifold to the stock bottom end?

Nope - measure and wellding from begining
IC core 550x230x65mm ic pipes 2.75" - boost about 1.25bar
exhaust TBE 2.75"
