Disabling the EGR functions is done with the Periphery bits. No the JDM MAP isn't required.
To do it.....
Change FCA bit 9 to 0 (EGR test function)
Change FAA bit 11 to 1 (EGR disable)
To do it.....
Change FCA bit 9 to 0 (EGR test function)
Change FAA bit 11 to 1 (EGR disable)

You have to add the "Periphery Bits" to the XML in order to have them. I pasted it all in the Evo7Base so that any car I tun will have them.
Past the code below into your XML at the bottom before the </rom>
