Are you putting the car in gear, at a stop, clutch in, and holding down the gas?

On my usdm stock launch control is 5000. When you have the clutch in, then put it in 1st gear, and slowly hit the gas to reach the set rpm, (you can actually pass it, if you just WOT) it should hold the rpm's at the set rpm, once you can tell the 2 step in activated, then press the throttle 100% WOT, the feather the clutch, quickly, but dont dump it either.

And if thats doesnt do it, then somethings up..

Make sure your car is sitting perfectly still and not rolling at all.

everyones right, make sure your at a complete stop and I like to blip the throttle up to around 5700rpm which is where mine is set, also pull your ecu rom and make sure your stationary rev is set to whatever you want, on my 03 usdm it was set at like 7600rpm from the factory

make sure that youve enabled the feature, then just open it and set it to what you want to launch at.
