Hay all I just wanted the correct xml for 98640014 that is ALL tables working and correct. I would also like to know if there's a way to add Tephra's mod onto my table.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i dont think there was a tephra patch made for that rom id.you can use 90550001 if you want the tephra mods.also heres a link for your xml and others

yu will be fine using 90550001. there are loads of people here running that rom on 7 ecus
