i checked all posts covering the boost control by ECU Flash.

Did everything as explained to eleminate boost cut.



i am using MBC (turbonetics) to control boost, and want to run 1.5/1.6 without the cut.
- boost cut delay timer 1631950
- boost limit table all set to 319
- boost control load offset 60 (standard)
ROM ID 98640014
my car is EVO VII JDM and it cuts around 1.4/1.5 Bar no matter any change.
Does anyone have solution for me?

 

are you 100% certain its fuel cut , what max load are you hitting ??

 

Max load is 255. Yes i am sure just lowering the boost by 1 psi and it wont hit the cut.

check the addresses for boost cut in your xml , try rescale the fuel and timing maps to 320 take out one of the lower ones

Fixed it. Thhks for the headsup Todd6027. I searched and found a post by user Burgers22 in which he posted an new metadata file as the one in ecuflash had problems. Thanks again.

Never mind I figured it out, the definition was incorrect in the boost limit map.
