Boost cut/fuel cut in 4th and 5th g w/the cut disabled on my tune. Please help!

I just got tuned for e85 on the stock turbo on my evo 9 last thursday. Everything was running perfectly until sat night when I decided to do a 5th g pull on the fwy and it felt like my evo was being yanked by a chain. So I tryed doing the same thing in 4th and still the same result. I got off the fwy to see if it would do it in 1st-3rd and it ran fine. I talked to my tuner and said it could possibly be that the tune might be too rich or my plugs needed to be re-gaped.

I re-gaped the plugs and still the same issue. He said that the fuel cut is turned off,but he didn't mention anything about the boost cut feature(not sure if there is one). He will check everything on my map this thursday. However, I have about 68k mile and have not changed my t-belt and the rest of my belts(fyi)...I have them but have not yet installed them yet and will do this weekend.

FYI, here is wat I have as far as mods go:
APS 3.5'' TBE
ETS LICP V2
ETS INTAKE
COSWORTH M2'S
RC 1K INJECTORS
MEGAN 02
DEJON MBC SET AT 30PSI(ON E85 AND 22PSI ON 91)
WALBORO FP W/50K MILES ON IT

I checked for visual boost leaks and everything looked pretty tight and bolted up accordingly. Any good input would be great. THX!

Get yourself a good boost gauge so you can monitor how much boost you're actually making. Stay outta the gas until you have it figured out.

How far away is your tuner? If it isn't far, take it back just to make sure you aren't going to damage your car in the mean time.

It's def not the plugs and not boost or fuel cut. My tuner said that if could be my fuel pump is going out or there is a leak in a vaccum hose where the fuel pressure regulator is located. I checked to see if there was any ters and I could not see any. However, I noticed that my wideband is reading way leaner then wat I was tuned for. Is there a possibilty my fuel pump is going bad as a result of my car running leaner?

Ok I know this is going to sound stupid but what ROM did you tuner use? Tephra 7....if so are you for any reason cover your clutch pedal with your foot? This was happening to a buddy of mine he would cover his clutch pedal and as the Tq was kicking in I guess he would just touch the clutch enough to activate the switch but not enough to disable the clutch and it would cause this weird fuel cut like feel.

Gaped to .15?????? Do you mean .015????

.15 is huge and .015 is way too small.

Can't imagine why you'd need to gap your plugs down that low. Maybe cause of the E85 IDK?? That's a super tight gap man. I still run mine at .026 on a 61mm turbo and don't blow out spark EVER

4th and 5th have higher load. This should be fuel cut related. There is a feature for x2 fuel cut limit.
