I'm trying to help a friend out and upgrade him to V7, converted his fuel maps no problem, but is there any program to convert the timing maps. NONE of the programs I've tried work properly.

Also is it normal for the V7 rom on the VIII to not accept fractional numbers, like 14.7, it only lets me round up or down.

just do it by hand its realy not that hard.... the rpms that match up in both roms can be copies out from 0-200load everything is the same. interpolate vertically between the rpm vals that arent in the original version...

Tephra's excel works for both timing and fuel. The big map scaler should work but I never got a chance to verify it.

yeah just copy/paste the axis' of the input map..

remember to use 1000000 as the last value on the axis (otherwise things go a bit crazy)

some excel-wizard can probably fix that thou
