anyone wanna put up the xml code to put in for the mut table

i dont post a question unless i have looked it up for hours. i even posted a picture of what i neen. i tryed writing it out and it did not work

ok heres a better question i saw on the main site that the site is having problems with xml's being seen. i just posted a xml and i cant see it that must be why i cannot see it in the link i posted

was i wrong to begin with. does the newer version not need a xml file added. i have seen on 2 posts that they just put in the correct mut table locations and it works. if so i have already done this
