redline, he does not have a dyno, he does complete road tunes. I dont like it completely, but at the same time he applies all the same principles with equipment to the street tune. If you got the money, then check out GPtuning.lu
They have and do the complete tune on a dyno. I had my beef with them and wont be going back, but they have many happy customers here in Germany.

There are some evos in Germany, not a ton but they are available for sale including the fq 320, 340, 360, and 400s along with the tommy maiken editions. Im currently living there but im a contractor you can also buy skylines in germany. I was stationed in vilseck for 5 years man your gonna love it there plus the auto bahnnnnnnnn......

 

The FQ models are great on paper, but any USDM evo with minor upgrades from any decent tuner shop in the states will blow them away. It's not really worth the money.. I have proven it and a couple of the more known tuners (GPTuning, importracing) here in Europe have agreed completely. just my .02c

As for Skylines, they are definitely available. I would love to get my hands on a nice R33 or R34.. So, good luck to anyone who has one.
