50/50 mix water/meth in Germany?

How easy is it to get 50/50 water/meth for methanol injection? I'm thinking about going with some auxillary injection, but curious to know how easy it is to get once I move there.

If not then hopefully I can pick up some some methonal and either run it straight or mix it myself.

how would you buy it from an NSN over here in Germany, thinking about meth as well. Anyone know how long does the container last (I know depending on driving style) but a rough estimate with normal driving to lead foot driving? Trying to get my car up and going quick for Race Wars.
