Blew up my fpred last month at the Nurburgring. Been so busy lately, havent had a chance to tear it apart to look at the damage. My money is on oil starvation due to the old FP oil feed line design.

Anyone know if FP ships to Germany?

can't be any worse than my crash a few years back. may be time to look into a dry sump

 

The little evo can't hang at Nurburgring that's alot of stress on a poor evo.

 

Don't forget also to follow FP oil recommandation.
If you get new feed lines, but running oil with low phosphorus and zinc level your turbo will still not last long

 

Old thread, but turned out to be an EGT issue. Temps got too hot and the turbine wheel came apart.
