Pump Dyno: GT35R/stroker 414/370 Comments?
21psi, 92oct NO meth, RNR GT35R .63a/r, Brian Crower 2.4, JUN 272, AEM EMS. Not sure on weather details but it was Torquefreaks, OR a couple weeks ago. (low and cool)
I was hoping for a little quicker spool with the stroker, but I know this whole match won't shine until we go meth/race high boost. They're keeping everything conservative with revs, AFRs, boost etc. Work in progress!

Max torque by 4800 rpms and max boost probably around 4500 or so.. so I would say the stroker did its job. Dont 35r's usually get full boost around 5000? There's definitely a lot more in this setup. Nice car
Those numbers aren't too bad, throw in some race fuel and up the boost and you should be well over 500whp, and even 500whp, you still haven't even came close to reaching the potential of that turbo.
eh for some reason those numbes seem low, even for pump gas?
stroke 2.4 and gt35r.. jun cams.. shoot i would think your around 450...
now that u have ghe engine, go out there, get meth, run 30 psi.. and enjoy 550 whp

+1mm valves, HKS DLI2, Tial 38mm WG, Greddy type V IC, 4" intake, 3" UICP, DP, exhaust+tp, walbro255, JAM damper pully, AMS front motor mount, TRE Race tranny, AEM WB gauge hooked to AEM EMS...I don't think there are any "supporting mods" left but a fuel system, and a 92oct map certainly doesn't need that.
I also have an SMC Alky kit that is not integrated yet, so that should be fun. I built this from a basically maxed pump gas stock turbo. So I want to "live with" the pump tune (which is still badass for me) for a while and enjoy the bump when we go alky+92. I'm all about the journey!
The Brian Crower Pro 2.4 kit was a ***** to install. The machine shop had to practically regrind the thing. But now that its balanced I have faith in it. The RNR turbo kit took forever to get delivered complete, but it installed fine. My only objection with it is an ugly O2 housing. Its just not as smooth and pretty a turn as competitor's. I suppose I may be loosing a little efficiency with that rough welded high angle O2 house. The coated tubular mani is nice though and I think the turbo with the .63 a/r should be ideal for my power/street goals. I'm hoping for 500 on 92/meth with a good street mid tq curve.
Jason at Torquefreaks has been tuning this car meticulously for a while. He's taking everything nice and easy. There is more power on the table but I'm not pushing for banzai brag #'s runs. I'm sure the meth tune will be a little more aggressive since I don't plan to run it like that all the time.

I'm running a 3" upper IC pipe now and 2.5" lower IC piping. Debated on the intake mani/TB and decided it wasn't worth the cash right now. Maybe next year. I'll never be done! Next up is probably a better fuel solution of some sort, front LSD, rear axles... I want to max the 35R and keep the spool low. I'm a long way from maxing the 35R. I think I'll just keep throwing fuel and boost at it when I itch for more power.
I also have a strict "no sticker" policy, so with no wing, stock rims/stock O3 style it should be a nice sleeper...if an Evo can sleep ha ha.

Back on topic though I think your results are fine for 21psi and 92oct. The AFR definitely looks way conservative. You mentioned you were taking your time and there's nothing wrong with that. I'm sure once you crank the boost and get some meth or race gas in there you will be quite pleased.
Thats uncorrected on pump gas on 1.4 bar...and his a/f ratio is sitting at bout high 10's... run about 11.8 and it would go straight up... Pretty good if you asked me..
