I've been to Ivey and I swear by Iveytune. I'm very happy with the way the car is and I can't wait to go back. I think you should go to Ivey.

I am looking to add some boost and get an ebc. Question is should I go back to DTM or go to IVEY. I want a safe tune. Is anyone familiar with DTM and IVEY tuning capabalities so I don't get a biased opinion on one tuner? Whats your opinion on my current tune and what is safe boost levels? I figured no more than 23-25psi...
I will be in the NYC area often if you would like a touch up. Its my hometown and I come up often to see family. If you have any questions, comments or concerns please feel free to ask here or via pm.
I'll be up there on the 28th (this comming weekend).
Good Luck with the car and enjoy.

Ivey.

Sean's a very nice guy and is always helpful in answering any questions you'd have.

Warning: His shop is usually very busy in a good way; he does work on a variety of other cars.

Let me explain something to you very quickly. If we originally tuned the car and the modifictaions are similar we guarantee (warrantee) our tune. In other words if he needs touch up its free. His choice. Not yours.
Also Im not sure what you mean by your comment, but let me be clear that I could care less what your insinuations are. I've been around the block many MANY times. Don't put words in our or Iveys mouth. I will put my tuning/ building skills on the chopping block at any time against anyone. That is not disrespectful, just confident. Ask the thousands of customers I have tuned and built in the past few years alone. So in closing, try not pissing on my post if I am trying to help the guy out. If he doesn't want the help he will move on.
Good day

I read it as dont mess with Ivey.
If I made a mistake then here is a Public apology for ignorance and idiocy on my part. I am man enough to admit to making a mistake. Just point it toward anyone else you can think of that may have made or will make a post about experience they may or may not have had with me or DTM as a whole.
If not then I stand by my principles.
Thanks

Actually I just saw that you had replied in the thread, and was reading back down through, and this time I read it the way you interpreted it the first time. So I can see where you were preturbed.

Carry on!

BTW, hows the little one doing?

LOL. i reread that post numerous times too before seeing DTM's point of view. I still think its a typo and the poster was saying GO TO DTM, DONT MESS WITH IVEY. But anyway, i think both are great shops and have their positives. For now though, the thread is kind of speaking for itself.
