Retune IVEY or DTM
She is doing fantastic. Thanks for asking. Its amazing to watch your child grow and learn. It has changed my life for the better and permanantly. Karma can be a wonderful thing.
LOL. i reread that post numerous times too before seeing DTM's point of view. I still think its a typo and the poster was saying GO TO DTM, DONT MESS WITH IVEY. But anyway, i think both are great shops and have their positives. For now though, the thread is kind of speaking for itself.
Good Night.
eric, remember when i sold you the car that i encouraged you to read ALL of my previous posts. back when i first met nick, i put his tuning up against shiv at vishnu, which at the time was regarded as "one of the industry best." nick certainly lived up to that pepsi challenge not only in making more power in a safer manner but in the continuing service down the road.
consider also that there just aren't a lot of people making that much power on a mustang dyno with just an open element intake, DP, high flow perrin CAT(!), CBE. that is a very short mod list in the evo world.
DTM's circuit racing portfolio definitely matters - the knowledge that makes sure that guys with "normal" cars like yours live long service lives come from making track cars that held up in race conditions that required more than one pass. ivey may have a similar history in road race or endurance and investigating that is where you're really going to make some money in terms of choosing one or the other.
but i think that in the end you should sell me that car back. seriously.

Sean has worked very hard to be where he is today and deserves a tremendous amount of respect. With that being said there are great options all over this forum. Other car enthusiasts and forum members from other car makes wish they could have a community of vendors as talented as we have here.
Good Night.
Good Night.
You are a classy guy, thanks.
DTM is also qualified and able to take this tune job, good we don't have to scrap over a $400 tune.
Sean
I got tuned by Ivey and got an awesome tune but I have heard great things about DTM and might even drive down there for my next retune after more parts are installed.
Nick, hook me up
You guys did an awesome job on Chuck's monster.

Actually i thought you sold it locally. You need to stop by man. Big BBQ at the shop on march 28th. Hope to see you there.
Appreciate the comments bud.
Chucks car is pretty fast, thanks. No matter what you will be in good hands.
Holy Shigt? I didn't think this post was gonna get this much attention! I asked for an opinion and advice and I guess what I got what I was asking for! Ken the car is going ANY WHERE! (LOL) I will send u pics thats it. Maybe u can test drive it if I meet you in VA at DTM's BBQ. Anyway it seems both of you guys are professional and I would go to either of you for a retune. Thanks.
damn my bad to all the guys at DTM i was actually encouraging the person to take their car to your shop and not iveys lol. i give you a lot of credit for backing up your shop i hear good things and my boy had his car tuned by you guys and loves it, i hope to make the trip to see you guys soon as well. Nothing against IVEY i know he is a very skilled tuner i was just giving my vote to DTM thats all. sorry for the confusion
