A friend of mine went 403awhp with similar mods on e85! 1000cc injectors

 

If you are going to run E-85 and big injectors why not run higher boost than 23psi? tuned for 26-28psi with those mods you would WELL above 350whp

 

You should make that on a dynojet

 

you should absolutely hit that with a good tune (a cold day would help as well)

 

those mods are good enough to go over 330whp

 

i made 353.66 awdhp and 350 lbs of tq. with 24 psi ams tb, k&n, hallman,ets 4in fmic,ams lower licp on a dynojet. tuned by Ivey. 06 ix se.

 

You should hit that or a little more on a Dynojet, The cams helps a lot for the EVO VIII.
What kind of fuel are you running, 91 or 93? If 91 you might come close, 93 you'll get 350-355whp.

 

This is no comparison as your running an evo 9 Turbo compared to a evo 8 Turbo.

 

Read dude, he said he has IX Turbo.

 

You can hit 350 easy on a dynojet. I was at 340 with the same cams,boost controller, 10.5 hotside, catless exhaust, and lower ic piping. That was on stock mani, intake, o2 housing, intercooler, and only a 8 turbo. Hope that helps.
