Very easily accomplished with a good tune. I got 10 less horses with Evo 8 turbo on smaller hotside and stock I/C with my MBC fouling up and only settling at 21psi. Others mods are about the same.

Mods in my sig (similar to yours -FMIC +cams +injectors). Warm-ish day when getting tuned but I barely got over 300whp on DynoJet on 91 octane. With higher boost you'll be clsoer to 350 but it depends on how aggressive your tune is.

I got 340whp and 317wtq with the mods in my sig if that helps any . Using DLL with an IX.

You should be able to hot that with the 9 turbo especially on e85 I made 415/420 with mods in my sig in stock o2 housing and 10.5 8 turbo
