Expected power What do you think

I have an 03 evo 8, Trying to gather some good tuning info here. Here is whats going on..

Mods:
b/c 280-280 cams (supertech springs retainers) stock cam gears
10.5 hotside
Ebay 02 housing
apexi Turbo back exhaust
warbro 255 Percision 780cc injectors
2.5 aluminum i/c piping and larger 3'' intercooler
injen intake
hallman manual boost controller
Stock 8 turbo.

I''m Shooting for 20lbs on pump gas Whats are some ballpark numbers???

Also what do you thinks on 24psi??

Here are the power killing issues i see..

-Apexi downpipe is not 3'' it bottle necks from the o2 housing to 2.5 looks to be the largesst part of it.

-Also has a cat on the exhaust... opinions? i know its going to hurt the numbers.

-Hallman boost controller (manual) Will this hold 24 psi? i have heard that they are not good gor higher boost levels Whats a good boost controller for optimum performance and no boost drop..?

Thanks for your time I'm looking to hear what you have to say.

Thanks

steve

FYI this is dyno tuning results. Dyno charts are mandatory for this forum. Your question would be better asked in Evo Engine / Turbo / Drivetrain.

x2, maybe 350 @ 24psi

20psi maybe 300-320 depending on the dyno. with that valvetrain you have, get some more aggressive cams. bc280's didnt perform that well compared to other popular cams. That will help a lot with making some good numbers.
