What does a typical FS635 make on a 2.0L on pump gas around 30PSI?

From everything I've heard, you should use copper o-ring on a MLS gasket and stainless o-rings on compressible gaskets like copper and composite. Nice numbers though.

Nope. I was on vacation in Missouri the past couple of weeks. While I was gone, someone at the shop started the car to move it, while it was idling, the timing belt tensioner failed, causing the belt to slip, possibly resulting in valve contact.

I think I am giving up on this stupid project for now. I'm going to pull the engine and tranny a final time, part out what I can and go in a new direction with the chassis. I'm pricing LS2/3 longblocks and transmissions for a possible heretical swap. We'll see what happens.

Could you post a link to where I can purchase the solid tensioner as well? Thanks.

Here's that link. Best part is its adjustable from the bottom so you can adjust easily if needed.

+1000 . as for the shoot out mod, it doesn't read higher than non shoot out mod. What really change the Tq and whp is the correction factor. I wonder what was the boost level?. Not the bash any tuner, but i don't believe at 22psi you can make that much power. My full race time attack evo, on dyno dymamic made that at 30psi on c-16. I build and tune evo for living here in southern California.

no offense but that is complete waste of money. the stock tensioner can be adjusted at the completely collapsed position so it works like a solid tensioner. you still have to take covers off to adjust with either method. one just saves you 120.
