Very nice results. Those are amazing numbers, especially given the stock cams, head bolts, and long block in general.

It's also good to see results with the Magnus intake and the FP Red and even better to see how effective that intake is for making more power. I look forward to seeing your results once you upgrade the cams.

Good work Eric.

You are very welcome to pick my brain whenever. Now I'd think about the SD though since at this level it will be some nice "free" gains. I found it interesting to note that your car makes the same power (albeit at more boost) and torque numbers as we did on "Jim's" car. He made 546/433 with cams and a little less boost. I am assuming that it must be because its equivalent airflow.

What kind of o2 housing is that Ernie? That's something that appears to be a problem on a lot cars -- too much pressure in the exhaust/downpipe. I'm tempted to put a pressure sensor in my exhaust to see what it looks like when I'm up and running on the FP Black.

Surrounding the boost control, what ECU mods are you using on your car? I've got a Tephra 5.10 image that I've modified with the OBD2 test patches so the car passes emissions with no cat, and no rear o2 sensor. Are you using the MrFred boost control patches? I've got a Subaru STi boost control solenoid I am planning on using.

Also, shameless plug - I have a brand new in box Magnus V5 for sale. PM me if interested.

im probably going to pick this intake manifold up for $750 from a local. im curious will my current piping work with the intake manifold and stock tb? or did you have to fabricate the piping?

Requires a new UCIP and mini battery, ETS stocks them though so its only a phone call away. The stock TB requires being turned upside down but other than that its pretty straightforward.

UICP needs to have a lower entry into the TB. Anything that works with the stock manifold has to be modified to work with a Magnus....but its well worth it.
