Pump Gas to E70 = 73whp Gain @ MAP

First off, I want to say congrats to Bryce as he has a real beast. Bryce came in to switch over to E-85 and get a Walbro 255 Fuel Pump installed and some PTE 1000cc Injectors installed also. While I think the numbers could have been better with true E-85, it has still produced some pretty good results for E-70. Here are some dyno graphs.

Mod list
PTE 1000cc injectors
Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
3 inch Turbo back Exhaust
Forge Manual Boost Controller
4 inch open air filter

93 to E-70

E-70 fully tuned in.

E-70 and a little more boost.

Looks great! I do have two questions though, was this an 8 or a 9? Also, I thought most of the guys running ethanol have been running around 29psi on stock bottom end, is there a reason why you had the peak at 26 with it tapering off quite a bit...or with e85 would you have upped the boost to 29 or so.

Very solid numbers though, looks like it is a blast on the street.

I can't stand seeing all these e85/70 charts...It's not fair that it's not available to the rest of us....Awesome gains though

Stock turbo...Just too much boost for it to handle and or last any time

Great gains guys! If next year the open 1-2 gas stastion that carry e85 in queens plus the 2-3 in long island that are fairly close I will run e85 too!

It is cheap and the gains match or even exceed C16 for a fraction of the price!

Evo9. The Forge mbc does need a better spring to do more boost, it would only let us go to 26 psi. I would like to see this car on 29 psi, I'm sure it would make over 400 easy with just basic bolt-ons.

Nice numbers for a very stock car. How much timing were you running at redline?

Ah ok, why not a 3 port so you can make the boost plot a little flatter? It does look like with 3 more psi it could make 400.

He bought the car just recently and it had most of the parts on it, besides the injectors and fuel pump. Plus he goes to school full time, so hes on a budget

I did not have much timing in it at all to get these numbers. I think peak was 15.

15* of peak timing for E70 or E85 is conservative...that is the peak timing i'm running as well to make the #'s in my sig (33psi of boost though)

I'm right around 11.8:1. As the weather gets even colder I prob will richen it up to 11.5:1 or lower the boost a few psi. We have E70 in the pumps now vs E85 in the summer

+1 get the lead out kasey! depends on where the peak is, but IMHO peak of 18 is conservative on E85

Was the car even tuned when it laid down the pump gas numbers?

Also, can you go find a way to make all of the dyno runs on your dyno spit out RPM not MPH on the bottom? Seems like every graph MAP posts has MPH on it and it means nothing to me! Pretty please?

Chris I didnt realize that until you said something? I dont know how that got like that?? But I did let off at 7500 if that helps you read these graphs better. I can switch it to RPM no problem, but I guess the Speed Factor is just default. I do go conservative on the tune as it is making good power with low timing and great afr's.
