This dyno was done by myself at DG Motors (I know, I know, I just used their dyno because they were close).

Major Mods:

Machine World built 2.0ltr w/AMS balance shaft delete, Eagle Rods, Wiseco 1400HD 9:1 CR pistons, ACL bearings, ARP main studs.

STOCK head w/GSC 272 cams(1st version) and Supertech single springs and titanium retainers

ETS equal length turbo mani/kit w/HTA 3582r

ETS 3.5" FMIC w/short route piping

STOCK ecu tuned my MojoMotorsports and myself

Mil Spec 65mm TB

SparkTech COP

33psi on E85 fuel w/conservative tune AND 1 WALBRO FUEL PUMP(long story)!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm happy that you are pleased with your project so far, but I just have a quick question---no bashing or bs----

How do you make 560's on e85 on 1 pump?

Again, not intending to start a flame war but since I hear all good things about Mojo and all bad things about dg's dyno, it kind of places you in the middle of the road.

I didn't see you post the cf?

Yea 1 walbro on ethanol... even E70 to make 565WHP is definitely worth questioning the #s... On AMS's dyno for reference which is a Dyno Jet with 1 255HP pump on C16 i was dropping fuel pressure over 600 AWHP back when i had a 35R. And we all know "at least i hope most know" C16 and E70 are WORLDS apart from the fuel needed to support the HP!

I know you put in quotations that the 1 pump is a long story.... Well id like to hear the story

Correction factor is written on the dyno sheet and was 1.2. When I first bought the evo it came from a former member of ETS named Tom. The evo originally had an AEM EMS which I removed and went back to the stock ecu for NY emission purposes. When we went to DG Motors back in Oct. we put my car on the dyno after we did some street tuning. I was right around 12:1 AFs, 1 or 2* of timing at peak boost and 13* of timing up top on E70 and 33psi of boost as per my boost gauge. In trying to make more power and run a little more boost my air fuels were going into the upper 12s which worried me so we hooked up a fuel pressure gauge and notices fp dropping off rapidly in the upper rpms. We thought that my aeromotive fpr mght be bad as people were having problems with them as posted up here on evom. I bought a magnafuel fpr from SK speed that same day which didn't fix the problem. We also figured my FIC 1450cc injectors should be enough for fuel so we then thought one of the walbro 255lph pumps were bad and we wanted to do the high pressure relief valve mod at the same time, so we tool out the Full Blown twin pump setup. This is where Adam and I noticed that the relay wasn't hooked up anymore as he cut the output wire that originally went to the EMS to switch on the second pump under boost. I was runnng one 1 walbro pump the whole time. This was confirmed as we hooked up the wiring to have both pumps running together constantly which resulted in and idle fp of around 60psi which could not be lowered until we did the fp fix as per Ted B. on these forums. Now I run both pumps on all the time and have full adjustibility of base/idle fp which is now at a nice 43psi. Hope those helps out in anyone's questions to how I was running one one pump and made those #s. I also have -8AN feed lines and -6AN return lines from pump to aeromotive rail and back to tank.

I also forgot to add that once we had it setup to have both pumps on at all times my air fuels dropped over a point with out changing a thing on my tune. I was surprised that one pump supported that HP. I will be making an appt. Today for dyno time at Super Street which I believe has a Mustang dyno as I will not go anywhere near dg motors anymore.

Good for you!!... Superstreet has a dynojet-- I gave Adam the info a little while back.

Now that your second pump is in tact, you will no longer be running dangerously lean in order to produce fictitious dyno numbers. You're lucky you didn't have a meltdown on the dyno while pushing the single pump way past its capacity to flow enough e70 at the boost level you were running.

Good luck with your project, I wish you the best.

Thx Espec. I bought the car last April as a Bday gift to myself with the intentions on leaving it alone, not modify anything, and enjoy it for a yr or two before I started to upgrade things. The car came with an AEM EMS and all ETS upgrades as Tom was a manager? there for some time. It made good numbers with the 68mm turbo kit that it had on it, but after a very minor fender bender the car has been constantly in the shop and being upgraded. I think I've driven it a few weeks AT MOST since it arrived via enclosed trailer from PORTLAND, OR!! I now want to drive it, race it, and show it as much as physically possible this yr. and more....Thx again!!!

I'm very pleased to hear Superstreet has a dynojet as I prefer that dyno...just a personal preference...nice!

56X @ 1.2 at 33 psi on a HTA 82mm and E70? Something is not right. Hopefully its just from lack of fuel and being not pushing it too much. It should make that much power if not more on just pump 93.

Glad to see the car is going to a reputably reading dyno.

Also peak torque at 6k???

just went to Super Street today and they have a dynojet and a COMPETENT dyno operater that know what he is doing unlike DG Motors who don't have a clue how to operate their own dyno and other things..IMO. I'm making a new thread with dyno sheets as well...new #'s with stock ported IM, (headgames race head and Kelford's ) made 617whp and 509wtq!!!!!1
