BBK Full, Kelford 272, E85

I got tuned and installed over at Road Race Engineering not too long ago and am happy to report back. The car made more power than I was expecting to say the least, and I'm now a little worried about my tranny and the BRAKES!

Cali 91oct and E85

Engine Mods:

BBK full turbo w/ Swain coated hotside
PPI "extreme" ported and Swain coated exh. manifold
Tomei 70mm O2 housing Swain coated
Tomei 70mm downpipe w/ flex section heat wrapped
SARD high flow cat
Ganador 792R Ti one piece cat-back 70-80mm
Kelford 272
Supertech springs & retainers
ARP headstuds
RC 1000cc injectors
Walbro 255
Perrin fuel rail
MAP V2 65mm intake manifold
Mil.spec 65mm throttle body
Ebay coil on plug ignition
New stock spark plugs
ETS old style intake pipe
Amsoil air filter
Cusco smooth coupler turbo to intake pipe
Nisei intercooler pipes
ARC intercooler (not the biggest one)
CBRD radiator
AMS oil cooler
Removed Air Conditioning
Amsoil race 10w-30

Drivetrain:
Exedy HD twin clutch w/ flywheel
AMS carbon driveshaft
Quaif front diff
Some metal bushings etc.
Rear diff hard mounted
Amsoil fluid in trans to rear diff

Footwork:
Buddyclub P1 racing QF wheels 17x9 (15lbs)
Project mu two piece front rotors
Girodisc two piece rear rotors (very light)
* Since I was tuned on a Dynapack you can subtract the effect of the wheels?

A warning: I'm re-thinking my decision to go to 65mm throttle bore. The throttle sensitivity is too high now and drivability has suffered. If someone knows a way to help the issue I'd love to hear about it. While it is a weekend car, L.A. traffic can strike at any time and the throttle is almost an on/off switch now.

Loosen the throttle cable.

Yeah, it's a beast for sure. I just need to have a chat with someone at RRE about the drivability stuff as I'd love to get some more tractability out of it.

Are you in L.A. or Louisiana? Maybe we could meet and compare throttles. I'd only be interested in cruising at ~20mph with rolling on/off no more than ~15% throttle. Traffic simulation.

Nvermind, didn't see you are the one that was at Road Race recently. Question still stands...

Oh, and yes, I just got the turbo, cams and intake manifold installed.
