05 evo stock long block 31 psi GT3076R

Alright, finally got my scanner to work. Here is the backstory. I got a Peakboost GT3076R FTW kit, AEM EMS, snow performance methanol, ARP headstuds, Trust T1-R exhaust, XS Engineering intercooler, ACT HDSS clutch and streetlite flywheel ,and Buddy club 264/272 cams. This is all the mods I have. The car was converted to speed density. We took the car to AMS on June 26 of 2009, and got the car tuned it made 444.64awhp and 384.09 tq on their dynojet at 31 psi which we all thought was REALLY low even Chris Black was shocked. Well on the way home ( I live in Kentucky) I noticed a rattling sound. I checked and checked and all I found was the V-band was a little loose on the dumptube. I tightened that and noticed that a manifold stud had broke and was leaking exhaust fumes. I drove the car back home with the 1 stud broken, the next few days the rattling got a little worse. I then decided to take the manifold off and fix all the studs with a stainless steel set. Upon removing the manifold I found 5 places where the manifold was cracked. Sent the manifold back to Peakboost, they paid for shipping both ways, and even coated the new manifold for free, and reinstalled it, WOW instant difference. Well finally got a chance to re-dyno it the other day and on a Mustang Dyno it made 477.9awhp@6500 rpm and 433.8tq@5000 rpm. Now keep in mind that the tune was NEVER touched from AMS. Using the math I got from most tuners on here (my hp x 1.15) that means 549.7 hp on the dynojet, and 498.9 tq. Anyway here are the graphs from both AMS and the Mustang dyno

Correction factor on MD dyno?

Glad you found your issues.

Also, be careful. That much boost with methanol on stock block= asking for trouble.

I have been running that much boost with meth on my stock block for about 30000 miles. I have an 03 just about to touch 90k miles. You will be ok if you tune is good.

I was at ams on July 16. We have a very similar setu. setup except my 3076 is a full race kit and I have hks 272 cams. But I have ppi ported mani and 65mm tb. I made 446 hp and 397 tq. I also have a exhaust leak. Congrats on you numbers. Our numbers on ams dyno are so close.
