2006 EVO9 5-speed USDM
Walbro 255
FIC 1250
AEM UEGO
93 octane
29psi
3" tbe test ported stock IM
ETS 3.5 FMIC
FP intake cone filter
GSC S2
ported head
FP Black
25psi wga
DLL 437/390 220lbs 245 40 18's
we did a couple of pulls in the 445 area but it wasn't as consistently knock free as I would like so we backed off a little more. Still a very quick car since it holds the power out to 8k unlike some other turbos

I overlayed the chart with a FP red customer and it's identical, I wonder if the hotside is going to be the limiting factor on 93 octane with this setup.

yep, that's all it would do safely, no need to beat up the engine for bragging rights
with better octane I'm sure it would allow that timing to come back in.

with those big injectors why not try some e85 corn power? good numbers though and respect you for taking in consideration of reliability of the car and not trying to push the limits for 1 day of evom fame. But if available try that e85 cause it is very forgiving. I saw a turbo vr6 spike 36psi and nothing happened. If it would have been pump, all she wrote, booooom. What setup were you running for the 703whp? Sorry changed the subject.

I was running e85 and 38psi on a HTA86 to get 703awhp, twin walbro, fuel rail and fic 1650cc at 90% IDC. I let it spike up to 45psi a few times, still no knock
