It looks like your boost control or tuning is off based on the boost and torque curve.

It doesn't look right...

it honestly looks like you're missing around 8 degrees of ignition advance between 4 and 5k. What were your AFRs? Have a hard time dialing them in? AFR seem to jump around a lot?

no need to go through threads, i am gonna tell right now. This ETS t3 3586 kit made around 515 whp on bone stock evo X around 25 psi. pump gas. I assume the evo 8, 9 could be pretty closed to it. Call michael@ETS , he will let u know more. This kit are one of the best around.

He should be looking through the threads, and not listening to people that tell him wrong information...

Needs some correction...

1) Bone stock on pump ETS did 457hp @22psi (not 25psi nor 515hp)
2) Ivey did the 515hp and that was 22psi (not 25psi) and on a built motor, not stock!
3) Both ETS and Ivey used a Single Scroll T3 3586 .63a/r...

laying everything else aside that you said incorrectly, you also can't compare the 4B11 to the 4G63 and you certiantly can't compare data between the SS 3586 on a 4B11 and the TS 3586 we are discussing for the 4G63.

T3 HTA86 kit + bone stop = does not compute :P Stock injectors? Stock fuel pump? Exhaust? FMIC? Amazing! I wish people would not use the term 'bone stock' and actually list relevant mods or the terms 'mildly modded, stock cammed IX' or something...might make more sense in the real world then. Oh, and what kind of dyno those numbers were on too, since this is a mustang thread, maybe you're using dynojet numbers? :P

Anyways, bigric09, where's the updated numbers? Surely you have a bigger fuel system in this thing by now!

x2, There is zero reason to compare the 4b11 to the 4g63. The 4b11 is a much more peaky type motor like a honda motor almost, where the 4g63 has a fatter midrange. So the 4b11 maybe had a few more peak hp but the 4g63 might have killed it in powerband, who knows. Regardless, just don't compare the two.

In for new numbers

Final pull made 470/420 at 28psi running out of injectors.

With fuel, the car should sit pretty close to 500 to 525 on 93 Oct on our Mustang Dyno.

On the dyno 28 psi comes around 5300 rpm
On the street however, 28psi is right about 4700 rpm

Review of setup.
Overall I thought the HP would be higher while TQ would be lower. I'm sure the numbers will go up with bigger injectors. The kit feels like a monster on the street. In 2nd it feels like the damn front wheels come off the ground. I'd have to say I'm pretty happy with the results for now and can't believe how well this kit fits. ETS crammed a lot of stuff into a compact well designed kit.

Mod List:
ETS HTA 3586 TST3 mani w/1.06 hotside
Wiseco drop ins (stock compression)
Eagle rods
Ported Intake Mani
ETS 3.5 IC
HKS HiPower Catback
Spoolin up COP
PTE 1000s
GSC Beehive springs w/ stock retainers
Cosworth 272s

Engine Bay:

Dyno Graph:

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
Here is the comparison between my last setup...
T3 GT35R w/ 82 hotside. Same boost controller, same mods basically as i have now.

The solid lines are my current setup and the dotted the previous

Thanks for looking.
your car should be around 525whp on the dynojet. The X car that ETS tested made around 515whp on dynojet with the same kit, i was about right.

You can not compare the two engines.... That is like comparing a f20 vs a 4g63. The F20 flows a hell of a lot better and WILL make more POWER at LOWER boost levels. I don't understand what you can't understand. You claim to be an "Xpert" per your sig but you sound like a complete idiot.... Sorry man.

I agree with you, however some people you can't let get under your skin and just move on...
