Thanks for the advice!
Flow is related to pressure and steadyness of the system pressure. The 1mm jet (advertized 310cc) is referred to around 5-6 bar water pressure (pulsed), the HFS uses a 125psi system pressure, bring the flow to about 500 cc/min+. This is because the new system has a non-pulsed system pressure, minus the HSV pulse. You should get about 1 litre+ of water/methanol per minute from two 1mm jets when the HSV is fully opened.

So Honestly, you are going to want more than just a single 1.0mm jet. At 100% DC with 125psi pump your only going to be flowing 500cc. We have problems in the NW running more than 30psi on a single AEM Jet 540cc. That is the reason 90% of us go up to a M10 or M15. For better atomization I would reccomend at a min two 1.0mm jets!

Are you planning on running 100% meth or a mix?

Mikey

There are no words for how i feel about the BC 272's. I'll keep this short in an attempt not rant too much but with a simple change from BC 272's to GSC S2's i gained almost 20whp/15torque. See a previous post of mine from a few months back with the graphs to back this up. After reading a ton about the the experiences of others while having my own issue with the BC's it seems to be very common with these cams, they just don't don't help the car gain any power.

Yeah, something just isn't adding up for me and I'm 100% sure now it's the cams.. I'm siting on 28psi with an unported fp red I should be a lot higher than 407.
