I am surprised at the difference in low end power between the pump gas tune and race tune. Pump gas tune makes more low end jam at a lower boost level?

This is still on the setup I have posted on the first page - some cool upgrades are happening in the next two weeks and more dyno/vids to follow soon...

Yes - it's actually at Agile now getting some new mods, probably will be heading down to pick it up either this weekend or next...

New Update:

Full-Race had initially designed and engineered this style Mid-Size Runner Manifold for the Sierra Sierra EVO... I've been running their standard manifold for awhile now and it has exceeded expectations on whp levels up to 740whp... Now that I'm stepping up to a larger turbo and targeting higher whp levels, I decided to step up to this Mid-Size runner manifold.

The mid-size manifold uses custom thin wall 316H material that's different from the standard 304 thick wall they use on their production manifolds. Full-Race's production manifolds use a 42mmOD/35mm ID in order to provide a lifetime warranty and increase production efficiency as I'm told. The mid-size runner manifold uses 316H material with a 42mm OD and a 37mm ID. They have stepped up the ID by 2mm which may not seem like much, but Geoff points out that in theory a 2mm increase on the header runners is the equivalent of stepping up an exhaust valve size 1mm - sounds promising for higher power/turbo setups but not an all out drag race setup... Another benefit is a modest weight savings - less weight is always a good thing...

One thing to note is that Full-Race doesn't offer a life-time guarantee on this manifold but given the quality materials and fabrication - I don't see this manifold failing anytime in the next decade or two...

I don't believe his analogy about the +1 valve...but whatever helps, you sure are going for every bit. Isn't this a street car?

It'll be interesting to see what it does to the power band... This is 100% a street car, I'm even switching over to E85 and moving away from Q16...

Some Updates to the Fuel System:
