I need someone that was having commas for decimals in their logs to test a new version of 1.0.8 so that I can see if what I did will autodetect the commas and wont cause an issue.

Any volunteers? YOU MUST have commas as decimal places in your logs as a result of your region. Thanks.

I cant figure out how to get my PSI to show up, i'm using an Omni 4 bar Put the title of the column with the OMNI data into the custom column name area in the options menu

Also, cant figure out how to get the graph bigger lol Maximize the program, then "Save graph to file"

If there is a wideband column that shows up in a logger tell me the logger name and the column in the data log and Ill support it. Its better if you send me the log via email with this information because if the column name doesnt match EXACTLY it wont work.

Thanks,

Seems like someone capable of writing this program *cough* ^^^^ *cough* , should be able to add an option for multi-gear pulls. But I'm likely wrong

Multi gear pulls will not be added. There is no way to tell from the log what gear you are in or you wouldnt have to select it. If it were logged I could. I am not about to guess what gear you are in either. So this option will not be added anytime in the forseeable future. I can only work with what data Im given.

Id personally like the logging guys to sort out this issue with delays between the timestamp and RPM being recorded that cause spikes in the graphs. Just my personal opinion and 2 cents and its worth exactly that ... 2 cents.

I pictured: you'd choose the gear you started in, and choose a "multi gear pull" option. The program would then graph the initial gear's pull until TPS dropped under 100. Then it'd create a second hp/tq curve using the next gear's multiplier if TSP hit 100 again.. and so on. There wouldn't be any guessing because people don't skip gears while logging and if they did, they'd be no worse off than they are now.

Or even just the option of only graphing the first block of WOT time so it doesn't show the other gears. and make the graph look messy etc.

Its a regional setting that you can change on your machine and then you could test it out yourself.

What OS are you running? Basically though, you are looking for "Regional and Language Options" or its equivalent. Then simply change the decimal symbol from "." to "," or change the language setting outright to something european (such as French). Apply that setting, then simply create a new test log and it should create it using that or any other symbol you may want to choose.

what if someone sent me a log they created like that. I just dont want to have to go log my car to get a data file. I know ... Im lazy and its freaking cold out there. Would the file still be the same or would I have to leave those regional settings the same when I import it into virtual dyno?

Yeah I realised that after that you have the log . You'd leave the setting on and then try to import it into virtual dyno. Then your machine will be in the same rough state as their machine when they run into the problem. This just ensures that you have a dependable repro machine. Once you see it work there, it should work on their same system.

Its just a shortcut that you can use when you have to deal with localizing software. You can disable it after that obviously .
