05 Evo- ported IX on E85 438Tq/417Whp
I appreciate the warnings. I am pretty easy on her, other than at the dyno. I also appreciate everyones comparisons between dynos. What I do know is that my car on the same dyno stock on 91 made 255hp. 5 years later with some minimal incremental mods and the car makes close to 200 hp more.
I have always disclosed the use of Church's dyno and don't intend on breaking any records. Just wanted to share findings as a reminder of the real-world benefits of fixing boost leaks and making the engine run as efficiently as possible.
Been on E85 for over 2 years now. Compression is >170 across all cylinders. I'll do a full breakdown on the motor at 60k miles when we do timing belt and share findings.
I just know that the car is way fast. As fast as a stock GTR or Z06 or 911 Turbo for tons less $. Good enough for me.

Retuned today for larger DP (2.75->3in) and from RRE HFC to Gruppe-S test pipe.
Previously 412tq/403whp.
AEM Intake, IX turbo hotside hand ported and coated, 3in DP, Gruppe-S resonated test pipe, RRE Stealth exhaust, HKS 272s, BC cam gears +1/-1, 3-port BCS, Nisei FMIC, Nisei LICP, RC1000s, IX BOV, direct boost control, E-85, boost peak to 30 and taper to 24 at redline.
peak torque at 3580, peak whp at 6100. Over 400 lb/ft from 3200 to 5200.
Thanks
DP...honestly, I can't remember any more and don't want to steer you wrong. It fits the ACD, but impacted the lower braces, so those were replaced with the tanabe underbrace which provides ample clearance. Next time I get under the car I will look at the flanges and hangers and try to determine which it is. Sorry.
