FP Red + E85 + Stock Motor (cams)

Finally got the FP Red installed and tuned last week. Hauled the car over to Buschur and was ready for a tune! First did a map on 93 and then on E85.

David said he did not know what the bottleneck in the system is and neither do I.. I really am disappointed in the outcome as I was expecting more of about 400/93 and 450/e85...

Let me know what you think. Sorry about the pictures .

Bottleneck would be the walbro 255. Mine maxed out at 405 on a mustang also on e85

Megan O2 housing.

I was checking other logs from members and it seemed the single walbro could handle a bit more than 405...

Yessir, he did.
I was also wondering the IDCs so I emailed him what they were so I'll get back to you on that.

I first planned to run a double pumper, but I saw a few dynojet graphs that had 500 on e85... I knew it'd be close to my goal but I thought for sure I could get about 450 on the mustang.

Ok didn't see it cause it was cut of from the pic I cant believe he ran 34 psi with a single pumper on e85 You need a double pumper asap like this week or else back it down to 27 psi.your numbers are way low for those mods and boost levels..whats your afr's?

A few things come to mind as possibilities:

(1) Could the cams be off a tooth? Was the car particularly knock sensitive?
(2) Could your Magnaflow muffler be coming apart and have an obstruction?
(3) Could the test pipe be obstructed with corrosion?
(4) Is the air filter particularly dirty (I lost 70 whp on a car once due to a dirty K&N filter)?
(5) How's the compression on the motor?
(6) Boost leak check?
(7) Is the throttle plate opening 100%?
(8) Could the brakes be dragging?

Sorry if any of that is insulting. Just trying to come up with ideas. Good luck finding the culprit.

A lot of possibles there Rich.

One of the things I was thinking was that should have a double pumper. Also, to the OP 450 is a lot of power on that dyno.
