Wow! I am so so very tempted to go with the full instead of waiting for the B! Waiting to talk to chad to see what he thinks will be right for my setup. I have to run 91 octane so I will be doing meth and may just do the full to keep the spool. I don't care about drag times, but the car will see dyno time and want to crack at leat 400(dynojet) and put all the V8's in there place Sorry for the rant, great numbers sir, I can't wait to be part of the CBRD family

Great numbers! Great setup! Rock the stock headstuds, they will hold a LOT more power than you think! Clutch on the other hand....LOL! better beef up that clutch though, that's not gonna last long

Whoa. You made 389 and 337 at 24.9 psi. I made 376 and 344 at 27.9 psi on the same dyno with almost exactly the same mods.

I don't mean to hijack your thread and I apologize if that's what I am doing, but I'm seriously scratching my head about this. Why less power with more boost? Could it be down to temperature/humidity? Chad? Anyone?

Here is my graph for comparison.

All cars are different Blitz. From one day to another they can change 5-10whp based on weather and engine health and everything else inbetween. Don't sweat it, you still made great power!

Blitz, You made great numbers. It was a good day to dyno weather wise and part selection was key in my build. I'm very very happy with the car but I know I will be pressured by the evom crowd into doing more mods lol

yeah, there were a few differences!

This car WAS exceptionally strong as I have said, and we discussed this in person, I would have expected to run 2 more psi to achieve this numbers..

Hey Chad,

Do you like the Kelford 272's more than the Cossie M2's on a IX with a full? From other graphs I have seen it didn't look like a super huge difference. The highest power BBK full here on the GST dyno has been the guy that ran the 280/276 Kelfords and made 400whp on 91. Wondering if you have tested a car with that combo?

I think the kelfords are an amazing cam,

rarely do i know what combos are in them, but they always rip.

chad i thought you preferred the gsc s2s for the bbk over the kelfords. not that it makes a difference.

Chad already answered your question, but I'm curious now as you're comparing a 5spd to a 6spd. With me not knowing how these dyno's measure HP and TQ I would assume different gearing would make a difference in results as well? If anyone would like to answer?

Great #'s for both of you guys.

Did you do a boost leak test before you hit the dyno?
