Too conservative?

your more then fine with the stock turbo theres kid pushing out 30 pounds and making 450 go bigger

ya running under stock psi is ridiculous, i understand wanting to be safe but common. 91-92 octane is good for 23-24 psi. rule of thumb each psi 10hp, that would put you from what 280/260 to somewhere around 330/310 give or take. that believe me that will be a big difference in the pants factor. get ready to be stuck in your seat again for a while until you get used to it.

or maybe your running so a conservative tune because you don't drive fast. if that is the case you bought the wrong car, the evo is a rally car meant to be beat on, not meant to run conservative as possible and baby it(IF that's what you do which seems to be the case with the tune)
